Open Call: Tokyo Art & Science Research Residency 2020
The Bioartsociety is calling for Finnish artists or artists based in Finland to apply for a one month art & science research residency in Tokyo Japan in autumn/winter 2020. The residency will be hosted by BioClub Tokyo in partnership with the Finnish Institute in Japan.

A. P. Møller Foundation - Strengthening Nordic/Baltic Collaborations
Since its establishment in 2008, the Bioart Society has been producing and facilitating trans-disciplinary collaboration between art and science both in Finland and internationally. One strong emphasis has been on Nordic-Baltic collaborations, and thanks to the generous support of the A. P. Møller Fonden we can continue developing those relations.

SOLU INVOKATION + Portal opening Litany
On the occasion of the opening of SOLU Space our esteemed colleagues and friends Kira O'Reilly and Ava Greyson performed a ritual to invoke the qualities, hopes and aspirations of the ‘SOLU Temple’ and to perform the opening and sealing rites for the mysterious '‘interdimensional portal’ the opening to which is located in the kitchen area.
