To Notice is to Remember screening showcases a collection of short films and moving image works by Bioart Society members. The programme highlights a plurality of mediums and matters being dealt with across our membership, each offering a lens attuned to the quietly urgent and the often overlooked. From the microscopic and the bodily to the marco-scale of climate change, the films invite viewers to slow down, be surprised and observe. What emerges is a collective call to attend more closely to the worlds within and around us.

The duration of the works is 3 h 28 min. You can join us for the whole evening or drop by for a film or two!

Näytös koostuu Biotaiteen seuran jäsenten liikkuvan kuvan teoksista. Videoteokset kiinnittävät huomion usein sivuutettuihin ja huomaamattomaksi jääviin seikkoihin, mikroskooppisesta ja ruumiillisesta aina ilmastonmuutoksen massiivisiin mittakaavoihin. Kokonaisuus kutsuu hidastamaan, yllättymään sekä tarkastelemaan erilaisia maailmoja lähempää ja huomaavaisemmin. 

Näytöksen kokonaiskesto on on 3 tuntia 28 minuuttia. Paikalle voi saapua koko illaksi tai pistäytyä lyhyemmäksi aikaa.

Tervetuloa näkemään, mitä kaikkea biotaide voi tarkoittaa!
