Ananda Serné (1988, NL) is based in Stavanger, Norway. She holds an MA in Fine Arts from the Iceland University of the Arts. Her practice consists primarily of moving image, sound, language and textiles. Her work is often informed by conversations with others, for instance with biologists, linguists, vocalists, translators or people who have trouble sleeping.
Alongside her studio practice, Serné is co-running independent exhibition space Studio17 in Stavanger.
